SOMO families, start your morning off with some exercise! Grab your bikes and scooters, lace up your walking shoes, and join us for Walk and Roll to school on Wednesday, October 4th. We will meet at 7:30 a.m. at the corner of Castle Dr./ Sleepy Hollow Ln., then depart for a 3/4 mile ride (or walk) along the paved bike path to school. It's a fun event and a great way to start off your morning. Hope to see you there!
In case you haven't heard, SoMo's Dine & Donate XXL is happening on Tuesday, October 17th from 5:30-8:30pm at Lagunitas! This is our biggest family-friendly fundraiser (hence, the "XXL"), however there are a limited number of tickets – so when they're gone, they're gone! The evening will include a delicious buffet courtesy of Swine Country BBQ, Lagunitas brews on tap and live performances by Fly By Night and our own Jazz Pack. Our school will have the place to ourselves for this fantastic fundraiser benefitting SoMo's Music, Dance and Arts Programs.

Tickets are available online here, or you can pop into the office anytime and pay with cash or check payable to "SoMo PTA".
Adult tickets are $30 and kids 6–12 are $10 (5 and under are free!). Your ticket price includes dinner and entertainment. Lagunitas beer selections will be sold separately – with 100% of the sales going back to SoMo!
This will be a great night to come hang out with your SoMo friends while supporting our school. We know it will be a night to remember, especially for the kids! If your family would like to come out and support our school, make sure to grab your tickets before they're sold out!
SoMo Harvest Festival
Join your SoMo community for food, activities and fun! This event is put on annually by our 6th grade students and their families as a fundraiser for outdoor education. Ready for Speed Pitch, Giant Darts or Basketball Shootout? Silly Lilly the balloon lady will be returning. Fundemonium is back with their remote control cars. We have food trucks as well as carnival games, pumpkin sales & decorating, caramel apples, cupcakes (allergen free cupcakes too), face painting and more. Our popular classroom basket raffle will wrap up the evening. Bring your families and friends to enjoy the fun evening!
September 25-28, tickets will be sold after school in the courtyard (outside the library) for $10 (3 and younger are free). If you can’t make it after school, there will be a ticket sales box in the office from Sept. 18-28 - please make checks payable to SoMo PTA and include your child’s name, teacher’s name, and your contact #. On September 29, tickets will be sold beginning at 5pm for $15. This includes games, face painting, balloon lady and prizes. Please bring cash for the raffle, pumpkins, caramel apples, cupcakes, food trucks, etc.
